Trevor brings to any client and projects an invaluable wealth of knowledge having worked in Project Management and Construction for over 36 years, previously with Lend Lease.

During his 26 years with Lend Lease, Trevor gained a wide range of Project Management and Construction experience working on numerous large Retail, Commercial, Residential, Community, Educational, Industrial, Infrastructure and Refurbishment Projects.

Trevor’s final project at Lend Lease was in charge of overseeing the $1 Billion Government Schools stimulus projects as the Project Director for Lend Lease. Prior to this he held the role of NSW Operations Manager for over 3 years where he was responsible for numerous projects and personnel, specialising in retail & Residential projects. Prior to this Trevor had the prime responsibility for the delivery of a large number of different projects including, Rouse Hill Town Centre, University of NSW North Mall Development, Erina Fair Shopping Centre, Charlestown Shopping Centre, amongst others. Trevor has demonstrated consistent success in delivering major projects on time and within budget through his exceptional project and people management capabilities.

More recently, Trevor has Project Managed numerous shopping centre, residential & Commercial projects. Most recently he has been working on Macquarie Shopping Centre Redevelopment, Marrickville Metro Shopping Centre for AMP, Westpoint Shopping Centre for QIC, Ashfield Mall for Abacus. Other projects completed include, Pacific Fair Shopping Centre Redevelopment in QLD, Bridgepoint Shopping Centre, Bateau Bay Shopping Centre, Erina Fair, as well as numerous other projects for AMP, Charter Hall, Lend Lease, GPT,  and other clients.

David has been responsible for the delivery of a wide range of construction projects within the private and government sectors for numerous clients and has substantial experience and knowledge of project management of construction projects throughout NSW and Australian Capital Territory (ACT).

David brings to any client and projects an invaluable wealth of knowledge having worked in Project Management and Construction for over 42 years.

During his 22 years working as a Project Manager, David has gained a wide range of Project Management and Construction experience working on, such projects as, Retail, Commercial, Community, Educational, Industrial, Government, Refurbishment and Residential Projects.

David’s concluding role working for the NSW Education Department was managing numerous, small to medium sized construction projects for the Building Education Revolution (BER) and to complete the final stages of the construction phase of the major contractors. Prior to this he held the role as a project manager successfully completing a diverse range of projects which included, Retail: Kmart, Target, Bunnings. Supermarkets: Woolworths, Coles, Bilo and Aldi. Food / Restaurants: Chilis Restaurants and Burger King: Infrasture: Energy Australia and Integral Energy (new substations at Newcastle and Norwest Business Park) and Lake Macquarie City Council. Tourism: Vintage Golf Resort (Chateau Elan). Commercial: Primo Meats, Caltex, Shell Australia and private development. Residential: Multi storey residential units for the NSW Government housing stimulus and private developers.

David has demonstrated consistent success in delivering multiple projects on time and within budget through his long term commitment and knowledge
within the industry as well as his project management capabilities. More recently, David has Project Managed commercial and shopping centre projects for AMP and Charter
Hall and Shopping Centres Australia (SCA). Most recently he has been working on Various SCA Projects: refurbishment and upgrade packages. Lendlease Plumption Marketplace: Gas Upgrade, Ambience Upgrade, External, civil and roadworks.

Matt has been responsible for the delivery of construction projects for numerous clients within the Government and private sector and brings his construction and project management experience to every development.

During his 28 years in the Construction industry, Mass has spent 13 years working as a Project Manager. Matt
has gained a variety of Project Management and Construction experience working on numerous projects
such as, Government, Residential, Commercial, Clubs, Casino and Aged Care projects.

Matt has been responsible for the delivery of a selection of different projects including Dexus Multi services Commercial upgrade, Anglicare Commercial Kitchen development, Opal Aged Care Design development and Wentworthville Leagues Club Multi Deck Carpark
development. Matt is a team player and will bring to his projects his extensive experience in the Construction industry coupled with his background in Carpentry and Architectural / Interior Design.

More recently, Matt has Project Managed the Madoo Museum Tender Phase for the Schwartz Family Co, Kitchen & Canteen upgrade for the Central Coast Grammar School, Food Market Place upgrade works for Lendlease, Royal Randwick Centre DDA Upgrade works for AMP.

During his 35 years working in the construction industry, Mark has gained a wide range of experience & knowledge from his progression through Site, Project and Construction Management, working on projects such as, Retail, Commercial, Hospitality, Medical, Educational, Aged Care, Industrial, Government, Refurbishment and Residential Projects.

Past projects Mark has delivered over the many years are wide-ranging and varied; these include Shopping Centres, Medical Centres, Bars, Restaurants, Data Centres, Schools, Aged Care Facilities and High-End Residential, just to name a few. Mark continues to demonstrate consistent success in delivering multiple
projects on time and within budget through his long-term commitment and knowledge within the industry, through this approach, he enjoys the satisfaction of repeat client satisfaction, leading to continued engagement.

More recently, Mark has and continues to Manage projects for AMP Capital, Charter Hall, Lend Lease, Australian Unity and Steiner Schools.
