Overseeing the feasibility/DA process for an Approx. $1billion mixed use expansion. Includes retail with commercial, residential & student accommodation towers. Specific role includes the engagement of the design consultants and managing the design and authorities’ process. Will lead into tendering and contract administration/superintendent role. Timing – May 2021 to present
