TCB Project Management has been in business since 2014. The business specialises in providing Project Management services as well as providing specialised construction advice for large complex projects.

Company founder and director, Trevor Battle, brings to the business over 39 years’ experience in the construction industry, having spent almost 26 years’ project managing many major projects at Lend Lease. He has overseen numerous major retail projects, such as Rouse Hill Town Centre, Erina Fair Shopping Centre, Carlingford Court, just to name a few. Trevor also spent over 5 years as the Lend Lease NSW Operations Manager overseeing numerous projects as well as many staff. In this role he was required to travel around Australia providing construction/planning advice on many other large retail projects.

TCB Project Management offers Project Management services as well as construction advice for large construction projects, specialising in Retail, Commercial and Residential projects.

The major point of difference that TCB Project Management offers is Trevor’s vast experience at delivering large complex projects as well as the construction background of all the TCB Project Managers. This enables the TCB Project Manager’s to fully understand the full process from design, authority approvals, tendering and management of the builders as all the team have been builders ourselves. This allows our clients to be confident that TCB can manage their projects successfully.
